License & Terms of Use
By purchasing or accessing any products from Parent & Play Clipart Club or Fitmomology, you (“the Purchaser”) agree to the following license and terms of use. All clipart and related content are owned by Desiree Zega | Fitmomology. Copyright is not transferred with purchase or membership access.
My goal is to keep this license simple, generous, and creator-friendly — while still protecting the work that goes into creating these clipart packs. If you have questions, just reach out.
The Short Version (Because We’re All Busy)
✅ You can use this clipart in finished products you sell
🚫 You cannot sell or share the clipart itself
❌ You don’t own the artwork — you own the right to use it
What You MAY Do
You may use Parent & Play Clipart Club graphics to:
- Create personal-use, commercial-use, PLR, or MRR products
- Design finished digital or physical products (printables, workbooks, activity books, planners, etc.)
- Use clipart in marketing, branding, social media, emails, and websites
- Include clipart in POD products (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle, Society6, etc.)
- Use clipart in digital stickers, including single-element stickers, as long as:
- A solid border of at least 10 pixels is added
Your final product must provide significant value beyond the clipart itself.
What You MAY NOT Do
You may not:
- Sell, share, or give away the clipart as-is
- Sell the graphics as clipart, graphic packs, or image files
- Resell, relicense, sublicense, or redistribute the graphics in any form
- Create a derivative work and claim ownership of the artwork
- Offer the graphics as free bonuses, downloads, or swaps
- Claim copyright or transfer rights to the images
- Upload the clipart to stock sites or clipart marketplaces
- Share your membership login or downloaded files with anyone else
If someone could extract the clipart from your product and reuse it — that’s a no.
Membership Access & Usage
- The Parent & Play Clipart Club is a vault-style membership
- Members receive access to 50± image clipart packs added to the vault during their active membership
- Access is available only while your membership is active
- If you cancel, you lose access to the vault and any future releases
- Pricing and discounts are not guaranteed if you rejoin later
It is your responsibility to download and back up any files you want during your active membership.
Stand-Alone Clipart Packs
- Stand-alone clipart packs are licensed under the same terms
- Purchasing a pack does not grant resale rights to the clipart itself
- Launch pricing and discounts are time-limited and not guaranteed to return
Refunds & File Responsibility
Due to the digital nature of this product:
- All sales are final
- No refunds will be issued once access is granted
- Lost or deleted files will not be replaced — please back up your downloads
Violations
Sharing files, redistributing clipart, or violating these terms will result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- No refunds
- Possible legal action if misuse continues
