Someday, your mornings will be beautiful where you will simply enjoy your coffee with your significant other, the kids and pets without having to worry about how to create a healthier lifestyle.

And so, you read post after post, buy zillions of e-books about how to lead a healthier lifestyle.

You even try some of those pocket-emptying cash-sucking “miracle products…”

…just to find that the are not customizable and they are cookie cutter in nature.

And so, you get frustrated, longing to find an easier way to figure all of this out.

Thankfully, this does not have to be the dead end.

PS: If you’re tired of people compiling information they found on the internet and selling it as COURSES, then you’ve come to the right place. Because what you find on this site is purely derived from my experiences, learnings, and what has worked for me.

Amongst everything I have done and achieved so far, I have some core beliefs that fuel my actions.

I believe that every single woman can live a healthy more active lifestyle.

Around this view, I’ve developed a passion for Health & Wellness, and I marched out to find the answer to the question – why do most women struggle so much?

I went from weighing more than I was comfortable with and not eating very healthy to maintaining healthy body composition, exercising regularly, and reducing the toxic load on myself and my family.

Back in 2015 or so I found myself unhappy with myself. I wanted to make changes. I had already been making some big changes, I quit smoking in 2014, and due to that and some other craziness in my life, I had gained back a bunch of weight that I had previously lost. Then I started reading everything that I could about getting in shape.

Well, long story short I never lost that weight (I wound up gaining a few lbs!) but I figured out how to exercise and eat right and achieve my goals ALL while working full time AND being a busy mom. I started this blog as a way to help other busy women/moms out there that might not know what to do or how to do it. Hopefully, I can teach other busy women what I’ve learned with food, exercise, healthy living, and balancing a full-time job, kids, and a direct sales business.

Here on Fitmomology, I’ll share all my tips and tricks and other goodies to help you out.
