13 Killer At Home Workouts, You Can do While Social Distancing

This week’s Workout of the Week is a round-up of some killer at home workouts I’ve collected from 13 other mamas out there. Find all of my workouts here.

We are all stuck at home for the foreseeable future. The kids are at home. You’re trying to work at home AND parent AND homeschool your littles. Even if your gym was open you can’t go.

Why Exercise is MORE Important than Ever

Exercise couldn’t be more important at this time in all our lives. We have a crazy pandemic virus that STILL spreading. We need to make sure that we boost our immune systems as much as possible. Exercising is an important part of that. Now, more than ever we need to do what we can to stay healthy. Improving your physical fitness will only help with that.

As always, make sure you have clean, clear floor space. Wear clothes that you can move quickly, safelyn and easily in.

A yoga mat may help. Here is a link to one of my favorites. And make sure you’ve got a good pair of sneakers with good support.

  1. Time to get moving! Thank you for compiling all these great posts. I’ve made it a point to wear my jeans every other day to keep myself from the stretchy, comfy pants bloat that inevitably happens when you’re at home!
